Meet Lane
I’m a professional with a rich tapestry of experiences spanning various industries. From my early days in construction to my time as a railroad conductor, I’ve always embraced new challenges with enthusiasm. A highlight of my career was owning Oooey Gooey Chocolates by Lane, a beloved bakery in Excelsior Springs.
Following my bakery venture, I went to work for BNSF Railway as a conductor in 2015. I then joined MHC Kenworth, where I worked in accounts payable before specializing in leasing as a branch specialist. However, my heart was set on a career in real estate. I find fulfillment in helping people find their perfect homes—it’s like playing matchmaker for owners and houses.
Beyond my professional life, I am deeply passionate about animals, particularly dogs. I would love to have an animal sanctuary in my lifetime.
I recently got married in October to Chris and have two stepchildren, Seth and Hannah. Our furry family members include Bailey, a Goldendoodle, Loki, a Pitty, and Thackery, a Scottish Highland Bull, with plans to expand and include a couple of highland heifers. Currently, we are building our dream home on acreage in Rayville, where I envision creating a mini farm. I lost my beloved Zoey in February 2024 after 14 years, but she will forever be in my heart.
Born and raised in Richmond, Missouri, my journey is one of resilience and a commitment to pursuing my passions while making a positive impact in the lives of others.
